A very special west faced house in a great location in old town Velez Malaga with 3 bedrooms and a very large roof terrese for sale for just 137.000 euros The house has a unique classic spanish touch to it. It located in one of the narrow roads just under the old fortress. The stair-case to the entrance of the house is very minimalistic, and is easy to go up in. A very Velez touch. At The entrance of the house, when you open the gate-door, you are greeted with this nice Spanish feeling, a porch for you to greet your guests. Walking through Velez Malaga is like taking a walk in an old fashioned Town. There isn't a lot of loud noise or many things that could disturb you. And the neighbors around Velez Malaga are very friendly and everyone there knows everyone.
